- Item name - add all the items that are going to be transported
- Quantity - enter the transported quantity of each item

- Tax rate - enter the tax rate (e.g., CGST, SGST) if there is any tax rate applicable on the item.
- Item Total Amount = Quantity x (Price + Tax Rate)
- Extra charges - add the extra charges if applicable for you. Extra charges example - transportation cost, labor charge, service charge, etc.
- Total Amount - Total Amount gets calculated automatically if you are using Stock Register App
- Mode of payment - Mode of payment can be any one type from cash, online, or bank deposit.
- Terms & Conditions - add all the terms & conditions which are applicable.
